Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our atelier in Kerala and delivered in 3 to 5 working days within Kerala. You receive the courier’s tracking number by email when your parcel leaves.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on every order within Kerala.
How do I track my order?
When your parcel leaves, we email you the courier’s name and tracking number. The link in your order confirmation email also shows the latest status.
Do you deliver outside Kerala?
Not yet. For now we deliver only to addresses within Kerala.
Returns and refunds
Can I return a perfume?
Unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty. Read the full policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will make it right. Contact us.
How are refunds paid?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show the amount after the refund is processed.

Yes. www.ayyararebirth.com is Ayyara Rebirth’s own online shop. Every order is packed and dispatched by us.
Caring for your perfume
How should I store my perfume?
Keep it somewhere cool, dark and dry with the cap on. Heat, sunlight and humidity break fragrance down over time, so avoid bathroom shelves and sunny windowsills; a drawer or the original box is ideal.
Samples and choosing
How do I choose a perfume online?
Each perfume page lists its concentration, notes and who it is made for. Start from the scent families you already like, and contact us if you would like help choosing.

How can I pay?
You can pay securely online by UPI, card or net banking.
